Alternative method to paint
Okay, so I guess I am supposed to write stuff on a blog too. It's way more fun to post pictures but I guess if I am entering the world of "Blogging" I might as well try to do it with flying colors. Speaking of colors, did you notice the walls in our photos? Who needs to paint when you got cigarettes? Seriously, the previous owners must have gotten bored with their white walls and who really wants to paint anyway....You gotta go to the paint store, buy materials, tape off areas and then work your arms. They were clever to just smoke like chimneys cause their walls changed from white to a yellowish/brownish dirt color. So easy. Plus, then when you take a picture frame off the wall to change the photo you know EXACTLY where to rehang it. Genius really, but not our color scheme...

Hey! We feel privileged to have actually seen, in person, (or in "housen") this soon-to-be famous transformational site. We hope to part of the solution as the various problems are remedied.
Good job! We like your blog!
I love the house!! It looks like such a cute place. I am very excited for you guys, and also just a little bit glad I do not have to do all that work! But it will be so worth it in the end when you have a beautiful home, plus this way you get to pick all the colors and finishes yourself! And you now know that if you get tired of painting, you can just take up smoking!
PS Your little guy is adorable! He looks a lot like you, Mindy!
Hey! Welcome to blogworld! And I think it must be great fun to be diving in to such a HUGE makeover project. Perfect for you guys. We can't wait to see it.
Hey Mindy and Bryce!!!! Welcome to the world of blogging! :) I am so excited that you guys have your first house! It looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you, but it will be worth it when it's all done. I wish we lived closer so we could help out with it! Well, have fun with your awesome project. We love you guys!
Mindy, you are the gal for a big time project. I must say that I am anxious to see all the pictures as time goes on of the house. Have fun!
