A business man in the making. . .
I wonder sometimes if Dale is just getting absolutely sick of working on our house all the time? Then he pitches his 4 new business proposals to me and I understand that he is using this time to find ways to make money. This last week he offered me organ lessons at $20 a pop. He also told me about the pet store he is going to build himself, "Awesome Animals." When the pet store is open he will start selling CD's of accordion music. He got his Grandma Laura, my Aunt Caree and myself to each pay a dollar for one of his "home decorations" (a pile of grass, a stick and a dandelion on a rock). In fact, I got the special deal where you get one decoration, 2 cheese sandwiches and something free all for $2! He told me about the special he was having where you pay $5 now and then everything else you buy the rest of the year is only 75 cents. A good deal really, but I didn't have the cash on me :)

Dale is such a hoot! So funny the things he comes up with. See, although kindergarten didn't fair with him at first he can now say it pays off. Next year he should be running to that bus!
That's so cute that he's such a little business man! He's so smart.
I just looked at the pictures now and that picture of "Bryce's Plumbing" made us laugh so hard! That is hilarious!
He will be a millionaire someday, so you'd better be nice to him now! My oldest, Ryan, always wants to have a 'sale'. I made the mistake of having a yard sale once, and now he always wants to put a table out by the road and sell stuff (mostly junk) that he no longer needs to make money. Not a bad idea, but our road is not a neighborhood road with sidewalks and such--the speed limit is 35 and most cars go faster than that. It can be entertaining to see what they come up with, though! Dale sounds like he has got a little bit of used car salesmanship in him!
PS-- Cute pictures of your parents! They look exactly like I remember them. Tell them hi for me!
